The EIU Athletics Ticket Office is located at 600 Lincoln Avenue Charleston, IL  61920

Hours
The EIU Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday.   The office will be closed during university holidays.

Payment Options
Season ticket payments can be made with cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), or check payable to EIU Athletics.

 

Single game tickets purchases are available online by on site by credit card. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless an order cannot be fulfilled. Processing fees are non-refundable.

 

Processing Fees

Season ticket package charges are $5 per season ticket, online or through the box office.

 

All single game ticket prices include processing fees and taxes.

Ticketed Events

EIU Athletics currently issues tickets for the following home varsity athletics contests. Additional events for sports not listed may charge admission for specific contests. Ticket pricing by sport can be found in the section below. Ticketed sports include:

• Football (Season & Single Game Tickets)
• Basketball (Season & Single Game Tickets)
• Volleyball (Reserved Chairback Season Ticket)

Free Events

Panther fans can enjoy free regular season admission to the following home events:

• Volleyball (only season ticket is reserved chairback, all GA seating is free)
• Cross Country / Track & Field
• Soccer
• Baseball
• Softball

Seating at these events is available on a first-come, first-served basis and attendance limits may apply depending on the venue.

 

Admission Policy
Ticket holders are restricted to sitting in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and university policies, as well as state and federal laws. EIU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase.

ADA Seating
Eastern Illinois University maintains ADA seating in all athletics venues. For information on accessible seating or accommodations, please contact EIU Athletics.

 

EIU Student Ticket Policy
EIU students receive free general admission to all EIU athletics events. Limited seating in the reserved student section at football is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Season Ticket Upgrade Requests
Football and basketball season ticket holders may request upgrades and/or changes to their seating locations. Requests should be made by calling EIU Athletics.  Requests will be made based on availability.

Adults: $20.00

Faculty/Staff/Veterans: $18.00

Children (age 4 through H.S): $10.00

Children (Ages 3 and Under): Free

EIU Students: Free with EIU ID

Basketball

Reserved Floor Chairbacks: $14 (based on availability)
General Admission: $7.00

Faculty/Staff/Veterans): $5.00
