STEP 1
Click the Reset Password button and type in your email address and hit Submit.
This will generate an email to you with a temporary password for you to use to enter your new EIU Athletics ticket account. Once you receive the email with your temporary password, go to Step 2.
STEP 2
Use the temporary password you just received to log in to your account. You will be able to change your password to one you will remember during this step. Click Submit to confirm your new password. You are now logged in!
STEP 3
Please confirm your contact information is correct for the upcoming year. You can update your account login, email address, phone number, billing address, or other personal contact information 24/7 via your online account.
Click the Renew Season button.
Once you click on the Renew Season button, you will see the Show Order button for your season tickets.
Clicking the Show Order button will take you to your reserved season tickets.
Check to make sure your seat location and number of seats is correct and then click the Continue button to claim your seats.
STEP 4
You are now ready to complete your order. Please make sure you have your credit card information ready.
Click Submit Order to continue to Cashnet/Transact and securely process your transaction. Once you renew, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Tickets will be available at a later date.
