EIU PANTHERS SEASON TICKET RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONSPlease take this opportunity to log in to your EIU Athletics ticket account and get familiar with its features and benefits.
Setting up your online account is easy! If you have never logged in to your account before, please follow the steps below, beginning with Step 1.
If you are a current EIU Season Ticket Holder and have logged in before, please log in by clicking the Log In button above, then proceed to Step 3. STEP 1 Click the Reset Password button and type in your email address and hit Submit.
Use the temporary password you just received to log in to your account. You will be able to change your password to one you will remember during this step. Click Submit to confirm your new password. You are now logged in!
Once you click on the Renew Season button, you will see the Show Order button for your season tickets. Clicking the Show Order button will take you to your reserved season tickets. Check to make sure your seat location and number of seats is correct and then click the Continue button to claim your seats.
STEP 4
Click Submit Order to continue to Cashnet/Transact and securely process your transaction. Once you renew, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Tickets will be available at a later date.
